Gerald B. Cyr, 68, Madawaska, unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.

Jason R. Cyr, 18, St. David, speeding 30-plus mph more than posted speed, dismissed.

Rolland R. Cyr, 46, Fort Fairfield, cruelty to animals, $500.

Kimberly Drouin, 20, Turner, operating motor vehicle after license suspension, $300, license suspended 60 days.

Regina M. Dumond, 46, Fort Kent, operating motor vehicle without license, $150.

Michel Gagne, 43, Degelis, Quebec, operating motor vehicle after license suspension, filed, defendant paying court cost.
