Thank you for your continuing coverage of the John’s Bridge tragedy and for printing the relief fund address in your Sept. 18 issue.

It was disheartening to hear Gov. Angus King on the radio speak of looking for the cause of the accident without mentioning the part working conditions may have played. Is adequate protection written into laws governing migrant and other foreign workers who come here to do work our own citizens won’t?

Please continue to raise awareness by keeping these issues before the public. Lord knows there have already been too many victims.
