HERMON – Milford’s David Doore took advantage of his pole position start and led Sunday’s Big Enduro feature race at Speedway 95 Sunday afternoon from wire-to-wire for his second straight division points championship.
Mike Lynch and David Kord, both of Winterport, were second and third, respectively. Eric Worster of Lee was fourth and Derek Mingo of Winterport wound up fifth.

Randall’s revs it up in rig race
At Winterport Dragway, Chip Randall of Glenburn was the first to cross the finish line under the checkered flag as he won the fifth annual Paul Bunyan Big Rig Race Sunday.
Gavin Mitchell of Frankfort and Lyle Turtlott of Lagrange finished second and third, respectively.

Raven rebounds, wins Unity race
At Unity Raceway Saturday night, Bub Raven of Thorndike finally got the elusive victory he’s been looking for in the track’s premier racing division by taking the checkered flag at the Kick Butts Racing Pro Stock feature.
Raven started in the pole position and held off steady pressure from Albion’s Matt Lee for his first win of the season. Lee was second, Orrington’s Kris Huff was third, Albion’s Steve Nelson fourth, and Ellsworth’s Andy Saunders fifth.
