BANGOR – Harita Reddy scored two goals and assisted on two others to lead the Foxcroft Academy Ponies to a 5-0 high school field hockey victory over the John Bapst Crusaders Saturday.

Tamlyn Frederick and Jess Burgoyne each scored and had an assist while Emily Austin scored on a stroke for the winners. Megan Ryder didn’t have to make a save on the Crusaders’ two shots.

Julia Sleeper made 24 saves on 33 shots for 3-3 John Bapst.

JV: Foxcroft 1, John Bapst 1

MCI 1, Erskine 0 (2OT)

At Pittsfield, Sierra Hendricks scored the game-winning goal with 22 seconds left in the second overtime for the Huskies.

Tara Weeman stopped all 9 shots for 4-1-1 MCI.

Sarah Anderson missed saving the only shot on her goal for 1-4 Erskine Academy of South China.

Mount View 2, Belfast 0

At Thorndike, Lacie Stark scored two goals as the 4-1-1 Mustangs notched the shutout.

Lindsey Hunter assisted on one goal and Jenna Drummond made 14 saves on 16 shots.

Tash Scott and Amanda Littlefield combined to make nine saves on 11 shots. The Lions are now 1-3-1.

Girls soccer

Calais 2, Woodland 2 (OT)

At Calais, Kaitlyn Leeman converted a pass from Alicia Vose with 6:57 remaining to help Woodland to tie Calais.

Calais is now 2-1-2 while Woodland is 2-0-1.

Traci Eagan scored a goal off a Danielle Feck pass and then assisted on Lindsay Taylor’s score as Calais took a pair of one-goal leads. Erika Brown equalized after Eagan’s goal and Leeman answered Taylor’s goal.

Calais’ Darcey Gillespie made 17 saves while counterpart Tiffany Wormell had seven stops.

Greenville 3, Rangeley 0

At Rangeley, Bethany Bartley made 14 saves on 16 shots to notch her first shutout of the season and help pace the Greenville Lakers.

Diane Aucoin, Crystal Ferris, and Patti Weingart each scored a goal for 3-3 Greenville.

Alicia Frost-Kong saved 16 of 21 shots for 2-3-1 Rangeley.

Caribou 6, Foxcroft 1

At Caribou, Michelle Ouellette scored three goals to help carry 8-1 Caribou past Foxcroft.

Lindsay Burlock and Marilee Waugh each had a goal and two assists while Amelia Cote chipped in with a goal for the Vikings. Shelby Cousins recorded an assist while Leah Drew and Rachael Willey combined to stop two of three shots.

Kelsie Hill scored an unassisted goal for 0-5-1 Foxcroft while Kate Walsh and Ashley Marden combined to make 24 saves on 34 shots.

John Bapst 3, Fort Kent 2

At Bangor, Lily Krichels scored three unassisted goals to carry 2-3 John Bapst to victory.

Ashley Cluff made 14 saves on 17 shots for the Crusaders.

Meaghan Minzy scored two goals on penalty kicks while Mckenzie Boucher stopped 22 of 26 shots for Fort Kent.

Searsport 5, Penquis 0

At Searsport, Nicole Shute scored two goals to lead the Vikings.

as Jenelle Hamilton, Nori Francis-Metzger, and Jessica Wilson each added a goal for 4-0-1 Searsport. Wilson, Shanna Murphy, Katya Kanus, and Jessica Plourd aided the win with one assist apiece. Mo Hall blocked six of 15 shots.

Amanda Martin stopped 11 of 21 shots for 2-4 Penquis of Milo.

Bucksport 5, Orono 0

At Orono, Elissa Gordon scored one goal and assisted on two others to help lead the Golden Bucks to victory.

Alice Andrews, Jessie Taylor, Brittni Adams, and Brittany Damon each scored a goal for the 5-0-1 Bucks. Damon and Liz Gomm teamed up to make three saves on four shots.

For the 1-3-1 Red Riots, Joelle Clingerman and Marie Lint combined for 11 saves on 18 shots.

Boys soccer

Rangeley 4, Greenville 1

At Rangeley, Jim Goodwin had two goals (one unassisted) and an assist to lead Rangeley.

For the 5-1 Rangeley Lakers, Gabe Moura and James Raymond each scored a goal. Neil Stewart saved 20 of 21 shots.

Chris Waldron scored on a Nate Woodbury assist for 5-2 Greenville. Gregory Aucoin made 12 saves on 16 shots.

Highview Christian 10, Liberty 3

At Charleston, Nick Waite scored four goals, including the 50th of his career, to lead Highview Christian Academy past Liberty of Woolwich.

Thiago Martinelli and Devan Philbrick each had two goals for the 4-0 Knights. Martinelli had three assists and Philbrick had two. Anthony Kneeland and Andrew Richard each had a goal and an assist. Aaron Waite and Richard combined for eight saves on 15 shots.

Phil Graceffa, Kai Bailey, and Graham Haley each scored for 0-3 Liberty. Tyler Leath made 16 saves on 41 shots.

Orono 2, Bucksport 1 (OT)

At Bucksport, Tom Smyth scored two goals, including the game-winner with 1:42 remaining in overtime, to give 4-1-1 Orono the win.

Sam Kelley recorded an assist while Evan James made 13 saves on 22 shots for the Red Riots.

Robby Pushard scored with an assist from Andy Mills for the 0-5 Golden Bucks. Trevor Stevens faced 23 shots and stopped 14.

JV: Bucksport 3-1

Presque Isle 2, Nokomis 1

At Newport, Matt Pelletier scored what would be the game-winning goal unassisted for 8-0 Presque Isle.

Kyle James also had an unassisted goal while Ben Sirois made 13 saves on 18 shots for the winners.

Matt Thornton scored unassisted for 3-2-1 Nokomis and Mike Jacques stopped 17 of 23 shots.

PVHS 4, Penquis 3 (2OT)

At Howland, Jared Michaud scored the game-winning goal with an assist from Jake Crosby with eight seconds to go in the second overtime to give the Howlers the win.

Matt Mulligan scored two goals and Dustin Nicholson also had a goal. Brody Artes and Chris Coyle helped out with assists and Garrett Labertu stopped six of nine shots for 5-1 Penobscot Valley.

Steve Kissell scored all three of Penquis’ goals to keep the Patriots in range. Justin Allan and Colby Chase assisted on two of the goals. Kevin Nason made 21 saves on 25 shots for the 3-2-1 Patriots of Milo.

GSA 1, Ellsworth 0 (OT)

At Ellsworth, Blake Wessel scored the game’s only goal at 1:48 into overtime to give the Eagles the win.

James Friend stopped 10 of 16 shots for 5-1 George Stevens of Blue Hill.

Noah Brown blocked two of three shots for 3-2 Ellsworth.

Sumner 3, Searsport 2 (2OT)

At East Sullivan, Will Seyffer scored the game-winning goal for 2-4-1 Sumner in the second overtime.

Roger Sargeant had two goals and an assist for the Tigers while Jeff Malloy and Trevor Renwick each tallied assists. Carlos Valencia made 13 saves on 16 shots.

Matt Nickerson and Miles Pastunov each scored unassisted goals for 2-5 Searsport while Ryan Haft and Mike Libbey combined to stop 19 of 28 shots.

MDI 3, Hermon 1

At Mount Desert, Alex Galo scored a goal and assisted another to lead the Trojans.

Marcos Matamoros and Richard Hilliard each scored a goal for 3-2-1 Mount Desert Island. Nate Ball and Cody Stratton provided assists. Adam Therston stopped nine of 13 shots.

Joey Schacht scored the Hawks’ goal unassisted. Phil Cayford blocked 15 of 19 shots for 2-3-2 Hermon.
