HARRISBURG, N.C. – Andy Santerre of Cherryfield notched his 12th top-10 finish of the NASCAR Busch North Series season with an eighth-place finish at the MBNA All-American Heroes 150 at Dover International Speedway Friday.
The 34-year-old maintained his Series championship points battle with a 28-point lead over Matt Kobyluck with two races left in the season. Santerre, who qualified 15th, worked his way back to seventh, but lost much of his Monte Carlo’s handling late in the race.
