MACHIAS – A cultural directory of Washington County will make its debut during a special celebration from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, at the University of Maine at Machias Art Galleries.

The directory was developed by the Vacationland Resources Committee of the Down East Resource Conservation and Development Council with support from the Maine Arts Commission, the Maine Community Foundation and private contributions.

Light refreshments will be served and music and artwork will be provided by directory participants.
