ELLSWORTH – Cherry Gammelin and Tessa Miller scored 48 seconds apart late in the game to give Ellsworth a 2-1 soccer win over Mount Desert Island
Gammelin tied it off a Claire Burns pass with 6:11 remaining and Miller scored off an Ashley Oleson direct kick to win it.
Victoria Jones made seven saves on 10 shots for the 2-3 winners.
Jenna Gordius scored for 0-5 MDI off a Lilly Allgood pass. Trina Smith made five saves on 11 shots.

Presque Isle 3, Hampden 2
At Hampden, Ben Deschene scored on an assist from Luke Blackstone with 1:24 remaining, lifting the unbeaten Wildcats to victory.
Kyle James scored two goals, one in each half, for 9-0 Presque Isle. Ben Lynch assisted on one. Ben Sirois and Brad Baker combined to make two saves on six shots.
Nattapong Kongsuriya scored one goal, assisted by Jake Reynolds, and set up the other for 3-4 Hampden Academy. Nate Bacon had given the Broncos a 2-1 lead with a first-half goal. Ken Mayo made four saves on nine shots.

Dexter 2, Searsport 1
At Searsport, Ben Lemieux scored twice off penalty kicks, including a game-winning goal in the second half, as the Tigers edged the Mariners.
Brian Hersey made 29 saves on 30 shots for 2-5 Dexter.
Josh McFarlin scored a first-half goal off an assist by Mike Pastuhov. Ryan Hast stopped eight of 10 shots for 2-6 Searsport.
PCHS 1, Penobscot Valley 1
At Howland, Ben Stearns of Piscataquis and Chris Coyle of Penobscot Valley each scored on penalty kicks to lead their teams to a two-overtime draw.
Josh Luellen made 24 saves on 25 shots for 3-0-5 Piscataquis of Guilford while Garrett Lavertu stopped 15 of 16 shots for 5-2-1 Penobscot Valley.
GSA 2, DI-Stonington 0
At Deer Isle, Mike Astbury and Mark Clapp each scored unassisted goals to lift 6-1 George Stevens past Deer Isle-Stonington.
James Friend made 10 saves on 10 shots for the Eagles.
Chris Gray faced seven shots and stopped five for the 2-3-1 Mariners.
Schenck 2, Central 0
At Corinth, Seth Johnston and Aaron White scored and Mike Rossignol made 12 saves as Schenck improved to 5-2-1. Central is 4-2-1.
Jason Kimball and Will Hamlin had assists for Schenck.
Scott Chambers made 15 saves for Central.

Piscataquis 4, Stearns 1
At Guilford, Kristi Levesque scored three goals and assisted on another to lead the Pirates past the Minutemen.
Karole-Anne Emery had a goal and an assist and Tedieanne Galuski assisted on a goal for 3-4 Piscataquis. Amy Knowlton saved three of five shots.
Jess Osborne scored for 2-3 Stearns of Millinocket while Kristin Bradbury and Julie Emery combined to make seven saves on 12 shots.

Belfast 2, Rockland 1 (OT)
At Rockland, Jen Jackson scored off a pass from Sarah skinner to win the game for 3-3-1 Belfast with 2:30 remaining in overtime.
Morgan Crandall tied the game with 2:21 left in the second half with the assist going to Kate Ross while Tash Scott made seven saves on eight shots.
Teegan Atwell scored an unassisted goal for 6-1 Rockland while Jessica Sleeper stopped 14 of 16 shots.
Hampden 4, Brewer 0
At Hampden Tuesday, sisters Aly and Katherine Lumino had one goal and two assists, respectively, as the Broncos rolled.
Erika Veinote paced 3-2 Hampden with two goals. Christie Mosley contributed an assist and Carolyn Samp made five saves on five shots.
Sarah England stopped 12 of 16 shots for the 1-5 Witches.
Old Town 1, John Bapst 0
At Old Town Tuesday, Mariel Connor scored the game-winning goal for the Indians 13:10 into the second half.
Alissa Dow assisted on the goal and Samantha Shorette stopped four shots for 4-2-1 Old Town.
Julia Sleeper made five saves on six shots for 3-4 John Bapst.
