EASTPORT – Washington County Technical College will host an open house for community members to tour its newest facility from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3.
Over the last year, the college has built an 18,377-square-foot building and retrofitted an additional 7,750 square feet of existing space. As part of the multimillion-dollar project, more than 25,000 square feet of new and renovated space houses classrooms, a new library and computer lab, the multimedia center, cafeteria, student lounge and the new Trio Center.
