JONESPORT – Parents of student-athletes at Jonesport-Beals High School are looking for volunteers and fund-raising ideas for a recently organized athletic booster club.
The new club has been operating concessions and collecting donations at school soccer and volleyball games to pay for outdoor scoreboards for soccer, softball and baseball teams.
The next meeting of the booster club is at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, at the school library. For more information, call Raymond Alley at 497-5654 or Eric Holmes at 497- 2389.
