PLEASANT POINT RESERVATION – The public is invited to a workshop titled “Psychological and Physical Effects of Opiate Abuse/Dependence,” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, on the reservation, located on Route 190, two miles east of Perry.

From 7 to 9 p.m., there will be a live television presentation on Channel 62. Viewers are encouraged to call 853-2798 to ask questions.
