ORONO – A new publication from the University of Maine is available to help local environmental monitoring groups.

The University of Maine Cooperative Extension and the Maine Coastal Program of the State Planning Office have published “A Coordinator’s Manual for Volunteer Monitoring” this summer. The 90-page manual is designed to help environmental monitoring groups develop and evaluate their own organizational structure.
