BANGOR – Two Bangor men accused of holding up an east side convenience store were among those indicted by a Penobscot County grand jury Monday.

Antonio Pinto, 20, was indicted for robbery and receiving stolen property and Roger Tenney, 21, was indicted for robbery and theft related to an armed robbery at the Eastside convenience store on Sept. 20. The store is located at the intersection of Grove and Garland streets.

Pinto also was indicted for his alleged role in the armed robbery of Lucky’s Market on Center Street in Bangor on Sept. 19.

Pinto and Tenney remain in Penobscot County Jail, unable to make bail, pending trial.

Richard Chatfield, 58, Levant, criminal threatening, assault, criminal mischief.

Christopher Curtis, 18, Edinburgh, five counts burglary to a motor vehicle, five counts theft.

Vicki Lynn Decesere, 39, Bangor, three counts forgery.

Scott Demmons, 21, transient, eluding an officer, failure to stop for an officer, unauthorized use of property, theft, improper plates, operating without a license.

Willette Dixon, 41, Plymouth, theft by deception, theft.
