BANGOR – Arcady Music Society announced Wednesday the Russian Brass Quintet will not be performing Nov. 16-21, in Bangor, Belfast, Bar Harbor, Bucksport, Dover-Foxcroft and Skowhegan as part of the Arcady Winter Series. Arcady board members said the quintet has been delayed in obtaining visas for traveling to the United States. They hope to reschedule the concerts for January.
