Another day has brought in more donations to the Santa’s Helper Fund, all of which will go a long way to make the holidays brighter for many who find themselves in need.
Here’s just one letter received recently by The Salvation Army:
“I am a single parent with six children. I am a full-time student trying to get an education in order to succeed in this world and to provide a better living for my children. Please, I would like some help and thank you for whatever it is you give us and we accept anything you send us for Christmas. Thank you and God bless you.”
