BANGOR – The Downeast Horsemen’s Association will hold its annual awards banquet on Saturday, Jan. 11 at Miller’s Restaurant beginning with a business meeting at 5:30 p.m.

A social hour will take place 5:30-6 p.m. and that will be followed by dinner and guest speaker Fred Nichols of Bangor Historical Track.

Nichols will speak and answer questions regarding Capital Seven LLC’s proposal for Bass Park.
