The United States Trotting Association, District 9, will hold its annual meeting on Jan. 18 at John Martin’s Manor in Waterville.

The Maine Harness Horseman’s Association will hold a meeting beginning at 3:30 p.m. with polls also opening at that time for the USTA director election. That will be followed at 4:30 by the USTA District 9 meeting. A social hour will be held at 5:30 with dinner and awards following at 6:30. Dancing and a cash bar will begin at 8:30 and run until midnight.
