Big School (Classes A-B)

Ian Pasquarelli

A freshman left wing on the Houlton-Hodgdon hockey team, Pasquarelli scored a goal in overtime to give the Blackhawks a 6-5 win over defending Class B Eastern Maine champions Gardiners. It was the first win against Gardiner in the team’s four-year history.

Small School (Classes C-D)

Kyle and Brock Bradford

Brothers Kyle Bradford, a junior, and Brock Bradford, a freshman, scored 42 and 53 points respectively, in two games for Calvary Chapel Christian.

GIRLS

Big School (Classes A-B)

Oriana Farley

The Hampden senior won two individual events, the 200- and 400-meter races, and anchored the winning 4×880 relay, which posted a league-record finish of 10:20.83. The Broncos won the meet by nine points.

Small School (Classes C-D)

Codi Slike

Slike, a Mattanawcook basketball senior forward, scored 37 points in two games last week, including a game-high 18 points in a 52-44 win over previously undefeated rival Stearns.
