CARIBOU – Lindsey Burlock scored six of her game-high 24 points in the overtime to lead the Caribou Vikings to a 62-55 schoolgirl basketball victory over the Bangor Rams Saturday.
Caribou’s Amy Pushard nailed a 3-pointer with five seconds left to tie the score at 47. The Vikes then outscored the Rams 15-8 in the extra session.
Burlock also hit 14 free throws for Caribou. Leah Drew connected for 16 points, and Pushard finished with 11.
Alyssa Odgen led the way for Bangor with 18 points, and Erin Porter added 10.
