Janet Francoeur was recently named store manager of the Maine Maritime Academy Bookstore in Castine. Francoeur previously managed two bookstores in Massachusetts for the Follett Higher Education Group, which has operated the MMA bookstore for more than 20 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wheaton College in Norton, Mass.

Robert Cawley of Presque Isle has been promoted to commercial credit analyst at Katahdin Trust Co. A native of Presque Isle, Cawley received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Maine and a master’s degree in accounting from Bentley College Graduate School in Waltham, Mass. He joined the commercial services area of Katahdin Trust Co. in 2000 as a credit analyst. He previously served five years with Farm Credit of Maine and five years in public accounting.
