Terriers’ Cardaci secures 2-point win

WATERVILLE – Jimmy Cardaci made two foul shots with one second left to seal the Thomas Terriers’ 63-61 men’s basketball victory over New England College on Wednesday night.

Cardaci led Thomas with 19 points and 11 rebounds. Will Nickerson netted 13 points, and James Godley added 10.

Tim LaTorra tossed in 20 points to pace New England College of Henniker, N.H. Paul Barker netted 13.

Amy Hendricks chipped in with 10 points for the winners.

Erin Lovely paced Thomas with 14 points and seven rebounds. Courtney Corbett provided 10 points and 14 rebounds.
