AUGUSTA – The Small Woodland Owners Association of Maine will be host to a daylong program at the State’s Agricultural Trade Show starting at 9 a.m. today at the Augusta Civic Center’s Arnold Howard Room.

The program will feature panel discussions on a number of issues relevant to small-woodland owners, including property tax reform, urban sprawl and forest certification. Gov. John Baldacci also will be in attendance to present the 2003 Maine Tree Farmer of the Year Award to Clark Granger of Woolwich.
