GORHAM – Freshman forward Tiffany Jones of Skowhegan scored 20 points Thursday night to help lead the University of Southern Maine to a 54-51 women’s basketball victory over Salem State.

Jess Libby of Orono had 14 points and eight rebounds for the Huskies.

Estrella Kuilan scored 20 points and Kara Smolinsky had 11 for the Vikings.
