Schacht, Porter power Hermon past Fort Kent for sixth win

HERMON ? Joey Schacht scored all 17 of his points during a 33-10 third-quarter burst as the Hermon Hawks pulled away from the Fort Kent Warriors for a 75-50 schoolboy basketball victory Saturday.

Adam Porter notched a double-double, finishing with 15 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Phil Cayford added 12.

Dustin Nadeau sparked Fort Kent with 18.

Dan Leighton made 25 saves against 28 shots for the 4-8 Crusaders.
