The 2003 Peoples Beach to Beacon Road Race will take place Saturday, Aug. 2, in Cape Elizabeth. The field will remain at 5,000 runners. Registration begins in March. Last year’s winners included Adriana Fernandez of Mexico, James Koskei of Kenya.
