FORT FAIRFIELD – Maranda Butler stole the ball and scored with 18 seconds to go in the fourth quarter to put Fort Fairfield up for good and key a 43-41 girls basketball victory over Hodgdon Tuesday night.

Dani Searles scored 14 points and had 11 rebounds for Fort Fairlfield. Whitney Langworthy netted 11 points and had 12 rebounds and Butler had eight steals.

Shanna McGary scored 14 points for Hodgdon. Jamie Nightingale had 12 points and Erin Foster added 10.
