Outlook: The Bears have lost three straight and scored only five goals. Sjogren was one of the bright spots in the 4-3, 4-2 losses to Niagara last weekend, notching three of the five goals and assisting on another. Both teams have had problems scoring. Maine has been shut out six times while Cornell has been whitewashed on five occasions. Maine is averaging 2.05 goals per game while Cornell is averaging less than one (0.80). Cornell has a four-game losing streak and has been outscored 24-3. Maine has won the last five meetings after Cornell won the first three. Maine has scored a power-play goal in two of its last three games. The Bears will try to hold the Big Red to 20 shots on goal or less. Munhofen is a freshman. Maine has given up only 2.35 goals per game.
