ELLSWORTH – The February Forum, with the Ellsworth Unitarian Universalist Church as host, will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, at the church.

The featured speaker will be Robert Hinkley, a former corporate law partner who will present “Corporate Citizenship: Oxymoron or an Idea Whose Time Has Come?”

The Code for Corporate Citizenship will be introduced to the legislatures of several states in 2003. The code would build into the corporate system a duty of corporations not to damage the environment, human rights, public health and safety, the dignity of employees or the welfare of the community in their pursuit of profit.
