WBRC Architects-Engineers of Bangor has promoted Richard M. Graves II to firm partner and six employees to firm associates: Donna M. Allen, Tim J. Carson, Charles M. Earley, Paul F. Brody, Ron W. Rideout and A. David Witham.

Graves, A.I.A., N.C.A.R.B., associate and project manager, has been promoted to the ninth partner in the firm as director of the education studio. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, and Rice University with a master’s degree in architecture. He has more than nine years of experience including such projects as Winthrop High School, The Jackson Laboratory Building No. 51, and Dorward Residence Hall at Maine Maritime Academy.

Donna M. Allen of Hermon has been with the firm for more than 13 years as administrative assistant and recently became director of the specifications department. Tim J. Carson has been with the firm since 2001 as a project architect and more recently as project manager as well as director of the firm’s health care studio. Charles M. Earley has experience in Switzerland, Thailand and Japan, and has been a project architect with the firm since 2000. He also recently became a project manager. Paul F. Brody has been with the firm since 2001, and recently was registered as a landscape architect. Ron W. Rideout, a University of Maine graduate with more than 11 years of experience, has been with the firm since 2000 as a structural engineer. A. David Witham, also a graduate of the University of Maine, has 32 years of experience in the field. He has worked for the firm as site representative department head since 2000.

Reggie Murray, R.N., has been named to the newly created position of staff trainer and patient educator at Northern Maine Medical Center in Fort Kent. A graduate of St. Mary’s School of Nursing, formerly located in Lewiston, Murray has been an employee at NMMC since 1976. She holds certifications as a perioperative nurse and as a diabetes educator. As staff trainer and patient educator, Murray works closely with all newly hired nurses to help them learn the policies and procedures of the nursing department. She also serves as a resource to the nursing units and works directly with hospitalized patients and their families to provide them with individualized education when needed.

Michele M. Martin of Fort Kent has been named relationship manager in the Madawaska KeyCenter. In her new position, Martin is responsible for commercial and consumer lending and all deposit accounts in the KeyCenter. Previously, Martin was a sales and service associate at KeyBank in Fort Kent. She also worked at the Fort Kent Federal Credit Union in Fort Kent, as well as for the Aroostook County Federal Savings & Loan Association in Presque Isle. Martin graduated from the Northern New England School of Banking in 2001.

Judy Kelley of Rockport has been elected chair of the board of directors of Northeast Bancorp, the parent company of Northeast Bank FSB and Northeast Financial Services Inc. She is the first woman to hold the position in the bank’s 130-year history. Kelley, a certified management accountant, has worked for Consumers Maine Water Co. or its affiliates for 22 years – the last nine years as president. She has been on the Northeast Bancorp board since 1994.

Matt Watkins of Bangor has been named retail banking officer-relationship manager for KeyBank’s Bangor retail team. In his new position, Watkins is responsible for small-business as well as consumer banking sales and business development activities. Previously, Watkins was relationship officer for KeyBank commercial banking in Bangor. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine.

Katy Callahan of Camden has been promoted to manager of Elegant Nail & Skin Care Salon on Elm Street in Camden. Callahan has been with the company for three years and will run the day-to-day scheduling. The salon offers natural nail care, manicures and pedicures, skin care treatments, body waxing, therapeutic massage, Rolfing and reflexology.
