AUGUSTA – Kevin Miller tossed in 19 points to help lead the undefeated Cavaliers of Bingham to a 66-44 win over Rangeley and a spot in the Western Maine Class D championship game.

Lucas Melcher added 16 points for Valley while Mark Gaudet contributed with 12.

Jim Goodwin led the Rangeley effort with 12 points, while Neil Stewart chipped in with nine.

At Millar Arena in Houlton Tuesday, Joe Flenner and Trevor Graves each scored two goals to lift the Wildcats to victory.

Brandon Berube added a goal for the 15-3 winners and Sam Shaw notched two assists. Joe Collins, Eric Dionne and Tom Gregg each added an assist and Sean Daigle made 16 saves.

Jared Sylvia scored off an Ian Pasquarelli assist for 13-7 Houlton-Hodgdon and Nic Fitzpatrick made 24 saves.

Hampden 1, Orono 0

At T.J. Ryan Arena in Brewer, Steve Boutin scored with 1:34 left in the game to give the Broncos the victory.

Greg Taylor and Adam Standley assisted on the goal for the 17-3 winners and Garrett Macgowen finished with seven saves.

Anthony Hegstrom made 33 saves for 6-13-1 Orono.
