Randy Fletcher and Gary Dussard

Husson College senior center Randy Fletcher and UMaine-Machias sophomore guard Gary Dussard were named the Maine Men’s Basketball Coaches Association’s Players of the Week. Fletcher averaged 18.3 points and 9.6 rebounds over three games for the Braves, all wins, while Dussard averaged a 19.3 clip over three contests. He also averaged 6.3 rebounds.

Matt McManus and James Godley

Matt McManus of the University of New England and Thomas College’s James Godley were given Maine Men’s Basketball Coaches Association Rookies of the Week honors. McManus averaged 13.7 points and 5.7 rebounds in three games for the Nor’Easters of Biddeford, while Thomas averaged 16 points for the Terriers of Waterville.

Sarah Walsh

Colby College senior Sarah Walsh earned her fourth NESCAC Player of the Week honor. With the Mules’ loss to Williams in an NESCAC quarterfinal, she concludes her career with 1,409 points, 1,022 rebounds, 245 steals and 238 assists. She averaged 17 points, 17 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 5.5 steals in two games last week.
