Inn the kitchen
If you needed another excuse to get away in March, two of New Hampshire’s most acclaimed country inns, the Manor on Golden Pond and the Rabbit Hill Inn, will host Cooking “Inn” Style classes from March 23 to 26. Chefs from each of the two inns, as well as the Inn at Thorn Hill in Vermont, will teach participants how to prepare an elegant “Spring Fling” menu for 12, including Smoked Salmon and Chevre Roulade, Grilled Vermont Maple Sugar Encrusted Beef Tenderloin in Thyme-Maple Vinaigrette, and Triple Chocolate Terrine. Attendance is limited to 12 people per class, and each class costs $150 per person. Accommodations at the inns is extra. For more “inn”formation, call the Manor on Golden Pond at (800) 545-2141.
