BELFAST – The Bangor area office of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development agency will conduct a meeting for anyone interested in new home construction and buying existing homes.
The session is also for real estate brokers and for homeowners looking to have essential repairs done.
The session will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, at the Boathouse in Belfast. The meeting has been rescheduled from its original March 5 date.
The topics to be discussed will include Rural Development’s direct loan program, guaranteed loan program and other programs. Assistance in completing loan applications will be available.
