Judy Rogers of Eastport, manager of the new St. Croix Insurance Agency, brings with her 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. For the past 10 years her specialties have been business insurance and agency management. St. Croix Insurance offers automobile, home, life and business insurance. Dottie Hutchins, public relations and communications manager for Cianbro, has launched an independent public relations firm based in Pittsfield. A native of Aroostook County, Hutchins joined Cianbro in 1999 to manage the company’s public relations and communications program throughout its three operating regions from Maine to Virginia.
