Bangor Savings opens new Augusta branch

AUGUSTA – Bangor Savings Bank opened a new branch this week at 77 Capitol St. in Augusta.

The Augusta branch offers a full range of financial services, as well as safe deposit boxes, a drive-up facility, a 24-hour ATM and ample parking. Anne Jarvis, branch manager of the Waterville office, is serving as the interim manager in Augusta. Laurie Holt is the new branch assistant. Melissa McCann and Jaylyn Coburn will be tellers at the new branch. Jennifer Seekins, corporate and government services officer, will maintain an office there as well.

The drive-up facility will be open 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday. The branch lobby will be open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday. For the first eight weeks, the lobby also will be open until 7 p.m. Thursdays.
