BANGOR – The Penobscot Figure Skaters, a local organization dedicated to the development of figure skating, will be holding their Fourth Annual Exhibition “Toe Picks in Motion” on Sunday, March 30, 6 p.m. at Sawyer Arena.

The event will feature 30 skaters of various ages including Hampden’s Tessa McCue.
