CASTINE – Jon Gagne scored six goals, equaling a single-game school record, to lead the University of Southern Maine to a 19-5 win over Maine Maritime Academy in men’s lacrosse action Wednesday.

Matt Butler netted four goals with two assists for the 2-0 Huskies, Sean Favreau had two goals and two assists, and Mark St. John added two goals and had an assist.

Joe Chesworth scored two goals for the 0-1 Mariners.
