Paintballs shot at car, Camden police cruiser

CAMDEN – Police received a report of a car being struck by a paintball shot on Route 1 near the Lincolnville line between 10 and 11 p.m. Thursday.

Police Chief Phil Roberts said officers drove to the area to investigate and saw no one, but their cruiser also was struck by a paintball shot. No damage was done to either vehicle, Roberts said, and the paint easily washed off the cars.
