Jennifer L. Henderson of Bangor has been promoted to assistant vice president in the commercial lending department at Peoples Heritage Bank in Bangor. In her role as a commercial portfolio officer, she will continue to be responsible for underwriting, compliance and commercial portfolio management for customers in a five-county region in central and Down East Maine. Henderson joined Peoples in 2000. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and holds an associate broker real estate license. She is a 1994 graduate of Thomas College in Waterville.

Susan B. Dolloff of Pittsfield has been promoted to assistant branch manager at the main office of Bangor Savings Bank in Bangor. Dolloff has 15 years’ experience in banking, including as a teller in Unity, customer service representative in Pittsfield, branch assistant at the Broadway branch in Bangor, and loan officer at the Brewer branch. She is a graduate of Winthrop High School and has earned certificates from the American Institute of Banking.

Paul Decesere of Kenduskeag has been promoted to assistant store manager for Chez Renee Home Furnishings in Bangor. Decesere has been with Chez Renee for more than a year.

Amy M. Chubbuck has been named client relations leader in KeyBank’s Lincoln KeyCenter. In her new role, Chubbuck is responsible for all aspects of customer service, including opening accounts and handling loan applications. Previously, Chubbuck was portfolio monitoring associate at KeyBank in Bangor. Before joining Key she worked at the University of Southern Maine’s financial aid office. Chubbuck holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Maine.

Elizabeth M. “Liz” Weston has been named concessions management specialist at Acadia National Park. She will administer concession contracts and incidental business permits-commercial use authorizations. Weston also will monitor concession services to ensure that appropriate services are provided, ensure that the requirements of contracts and permits are met, develop concession operating and maintenance plans, perform formal and informal evaluations, implement the commercial services plan, and handle complaints. Weston previously worked as concessions specialist for Cape Lookout National Seashore in North Carolina. She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts management from the Honors College of the University of Oregon.

Michelle Bierman of Hancock has been hired by the National Park Service as administrative coordinator consultant to assist in the development of the Schoodic Education and Research Center at the former Schoodic Point Navy base in Winter Harbor. Under contract with Heritage Partners Inc., Bierman will work for the next year with Acadia National Park’s development team that is putting the new center in place. She will be responsible for establishing the administrative and office systems, policies and procedures for the new education and research center. Bierman has extensive experience in administrative and financial systems management, having served in key positions for almost 14 years with the Naval Security Group Activity in Winter Harbor. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Maine at Orono.

Sally Chadbourne of Castine has joined the staff of the Marine Environmental Research Institute in Blue Hill as director of development. Chadbourne will coordinate all aspects of MERI’s development and public relations, including fund raising, grant writing, media relations and special events. After five years in executive branch agencies, including water quality programs, Chadbourne spent 13 years on Capitol Hill, working for the Appropriations committees of both the House and Senate. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Birmingham Southern College.
