BELFAST – The Waldo County Democratic Committee recently elected the following officers to serve through 2004: Chair, Pam Chase, Liberty; first vice chair, Joe Brooks, Winterport; second vice chair, Percy O. Daley Jr., Belfast; secretary, Charles W. Gradie, Belmont; and treasurer, Betty Johnson, Lincolnville.
