Jason Harvey

Husson College freshman Jason Harvey was named the Sunrise Conference Player of the Week in baseball. The shortstop from Bucksport had 16 hits in 28 at-bats, drove in four runs and scored 10 more.

Barrett Dionne

Husson College junior Barrett Dionne was named the Sunrise Conference Pitcher of the Week in baseball. He tossed a no-hitter with seven strikeouts against Fisher College.

Courtney Corbett

Junior shortstop Courtney Corbett of Thomas College was named the Sunrise Conference Player of the Week in softball. She had a 12-for-26 week, including three doubles and three triples.

Joy Ireland

Thomas College freshman Joy Ireland was named the Sunrise Conference Pitcher of the Week in softball. She won three games last week, striking out 33 and giving up just four earned runs.

Andy Lang

Senior second baseman Andy Lang of the University of Southern Maine was voted the Little East Conference Player of the Week in baseball. He had 10 hits, including three doubles and two triples with eight RBIs in a 5-1 Huskies’ week.

Boonthai Singcharen

University of Southern Maine tennis player Boonthai Singcharen was named the Little East Conference Player of the Week. He is undefeated this season with a 4-0 record.

Brian Willer

Freshman tennis player Brian Willer from the University of Southern Maine was named the Little East Conference Rookie of the Week. He has lost just eight singles games so far and is 3-0.
