BELFAST – The 15 Minute Festival is now accepting short, original scripts for their second annual festival. BELFAST – The 15 Minute Festival is now accepting short, original scripts for their second annual festival. The playwriting competition culminates in a professionally produced weekend of performances Aug. 21-24 in Belfast.
Six winners will be chosen by July 1 for fully produced festival productions. Up to 12 runners-up will be chosen for staged readings during the week of the festival. Entries will be reviewed by a distinguished panel of judges that includes Mark O’Donnell, co-author of the current Broadway hit “Hairspray.”
