John Bickford Sr., 67, Vinalhaven, criminal threatening, jail 10 days; assault, 180 days all but 10 days suspended, probation two years; terrorizing, dismissed.

David L. Dean, 44, South Thomaston, unlawful possession of oxycodone, 364 days all but 30 days suspended, probation one year; receiving stolen property, concurrent 364 days all but 30 days suspended, probation one year; violation conditions of release, concurrent 30 days.

Edward J. Moss, 57, Thomaston, stalking, jail nine months, all but 30 days suspended, probation one year; violation of protection order, consecutive seven months all suspended, probation six years; and lesser concurrent terms for stalking, two counts violation of conditions of release, one count harassment and two counts violation of protection order.

Benjamin Oakes, 23, Oakland, two counts aggravated assault, three years concurrent with a Waterville sentence.

Tammy S. Payson, 38, Belfast, criminal operating while under influence of intoxicants, $400, license suspended 90 days.
