Outlook: Both teams are coming off important 3-1 weekends against conference opponents as Maine got the better of Northeastern and Husson took the series from Lyndon State (Vt.). Both will use plenty of pitchers. Drapeau was 8-for-15 against the Huskies and Ouellette went 5-for-11 with six RBIs. Maine is hitting .288 as a team and has 30 homers while Husson is hitting .305 and has 57 stolen bases. Both teams have played well defensively. Maine has committed only 25 errors and has turned 31 double plays. Although Husson has made 55 errors, its infield is a good one and the Braves have turned 22 double plays. Maine is ranked second in this week’s New England coaches poll.
