SACO – Matchups for Saturday’s Maine Open candlepin championships at Vacationland are set.

Casey Murray of Bangor-Brewer Lanes will face Kelly Ames of Oxford Hills at 11 a.m. and Jim Singleton of Good Time Lanes will meet Al Joy of Vacationland.

Murray advanced by scoring a 1,277 and beating Heidi Hewes of Bangor-Brewer (1,190). Singleton scored a 1,423 to top Tim Matero of Good Time Lanes, who had a 1,242. Joy topped Nate Nealey of Vacationland 1,322-1,290.
