ORONO – The Eastern Maine AIDS Network will premier its latest educational video, “Living With a Legacy,” at 7:15 p.m. Monday, May 5, at the Donald P. Corbett Auditorium at the University of Maine.
The video provides a realistic look at the lives of children who were born with HIV in the 1980s and were not expected to live, but have now reached adulthood.
Preorders of “Living With a Legacy” will be available. Copies of “Hope For a New Tomorrow,” the network’s 2001 effort that focused on the emotional and psychological effects of AIDS on the lives of affected family members, also will be available.
For more information, call 990-3626.
