MOUNT DESERT – Applications are now being accepted for the summer art installation “Water Marks – Outside” project, organized by Mount Desert Symposium in the Arts. The unique exhibition will feature floating constructions on Mount Desert Island’s lakes, ponds and shores. Entries must be received by e-mail or post by May 15. The project is open to any interested individuals or groups, not just artists. Installations must be tested and float ready by Friday, July 25.
