Baseball’s Bay League is looking for players and another team to join the league. Players of high school age and older are eligible to play in the wooden bat league.

The league is in its second year and begins play the second week of June and ends in early August. Teams play a 12- to 16-game schedule with a two-round playoff at the end of the season.

To join a team, call Gerry Murphy in Belfast at 338-3236, Matt Doak in Searsport at 323-3775, or Rufus Candage in Blue Hill at 374-5741. Bangor is represented by two teams. Call Carroll Conley at 947-6576 to play for Central Maine Cleaning of Bangor or Dan Wellington at 945-4400.
