FORT KENT – Southern Aroostook pitchers Adam Anderson, Corey Shields, and Corey Edkins combined for the Warriors’ second no-hitter in as many days en route to an 11-0 high school baseball win over Fort Kent Tuesday.
Anderson struck out seven in three innings’ work, Shields struck out five in his three innings, and Edkins struck out two in the seventh. They only walked two.
Jarred Grant’s two-run double and Zach Austin’s two-run single highlighted a six-run second inning that propelled SAHS of Dyer Brook..
Grant and Austin each finished with two doubles, a single, and three RBIs, and Ewan McGary added a solo homer.

Adam Swanson had four singles with two RBIs for the Wildcats. Kyle Gagnon, Matt Carnelle, and Cole Putnam each had a two singles.
Erik O’Connell hit a triple and two singles with five RBIs for Houlton. Jon Weston hit three singles as Derek Dow and Ben Pierce each had two singles.

At Woodland Monday, Scott Flannery slammed a two-run home run and doubled and Richard Byers drove in five runs on three singles to power the Vikings.
Darius Parker chipped in with a double, two singles and two RBIs for the winners and Ryan Fish doubled, singled twice and drove in two runs.
Aaron Moody notched four RBIs with a double and single for Woodland and Jeremy Gillespie added a triple, single and two RBIs. Josh Engroff and Craig Moody each contributed two singles with Engroff adding and RBI.

Eric Jandreau singled, tripled and drove in a run and Steve Guerrette hit a double, single and plated a run for Madawaska. Billy Roy singled twice and Matt Bosse had two singles and two RBIs.

Kyle Labee had a one-out double in the third inning for Wisdom of St. Agatha’s only hit.

Mike Corbin hit a three-run triple and two singles for the Crusaders. Tyler Hews had a three-run double and Matt Gagnon hit a triple with two RBIs.
Buck Pineau singled for the Hornets and Matt Saucier knocked in a run on a ground ball.

Brian Dupuis had a single, RBI and two stolen bases and Tyler Gardner doubled for the Lynx.

At Woodland, winning pitcher Nick Seeley hit a two-run double in an eight-run fourth-inning rally and Shawn McLean added a two-run single as Calais triumphed.
Seeley pitched a five-hitter, striking out seven and walking six.
He had a single to go with his double and drove in three runs; Scott McDonald had three singles and an RBI and McLean had two singles and two RBIs.
Jeremy Gillespie’s two singles and Darren Ripley’s RBI single paced Woodland.

Michelle Bourgoin hit three singles with four RBIs for the Pioneers. Christa Lizotte tripled with three RBIs and Kristin Marquis had a double with two RBIs.
Lacey Farrar doubled for Greater Houlton Christian Academy and Erin Moakler had a RBI single.
