ROCKLAND – In celebration of senior health and fitness day on May 28, Quarry Hill Retirement Community will hold a month-long series of informational events designed to help seniors stay healthy and fit as they age. Programs include:
. “Keeping Your Bones Strong,” noon Wednesday, May 14, at Quarry Hill Retirement Community.
. “Check It Out!” a program to help seniors recognize and protect themselves against fraud, 1-2 p.m. Thursday, May 15, at the Anderson Inn dining room.
. “Keeping Your Mind Active and Agile,” 2-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, at the Penobscot Bay YMCA.
