LIMESTONE – Principal Barbara Currier has announced the top graduating seniors from Limestone Community High School Class of 2003.
Rachel Hardwick, daughter of Steven and Holly Hardwick of Limestone, has been named valedictorian for the Class of 2003. She will attend the University of Maine at Farmington to study biology.
She is an honor student, member of the National Honor Society, class treasurer and French Club vice president. She has participated in several dramatic works: “Stuart Little,” “Meet the Creeps” and “Once Upon A Shoe.” She has participated in varsity soccer, cross country, basketball, volleyball and tennis.
Traci Weatherhead, daughter of Peter and Debbie Weatherhead of Limestone, has been named salutatorian for the Class of 2003. She will attend the University of Maine at Fort Kent to study nursing.
She is an honor student, vice president of both the National Honor Society and the student council, class secretary and a member of the L-Club. She is captain of the varsity basketball, softball, golf and track teams.
